Our 2017-2018 season marks 33 years of the Pamela Trokanski Dance Theatre. In that time, we’ve developed a number of community programs, including the long-running Davis Dance Project that brings together the dance and arts communities as well as health and community programs like Dance for Parkinson’s, Second Wind, and Dance in Public Places. These programs are only possible because of the financial support of our community. There are lots of reasons to give to PTDT on the Big Day of Giving – May 3rd, 2018 – but here are 33… one for each season!
We asked our dancers, why is PTDT important to you?
1. It’s a blessing to Dance – Allegra
2. For personal expression – Asher
3. Because of the friendships I’ve developed – Leela
4. PTDT connects me with the broader community – Michele
